Used wherever Burn-In style sockets are used when long life cycle and flexibility for package size and pin pitch is desired. These sockets are surface mount style and can be mounted to existing Burn-In socket designed boards for use in the rigorous test, programming or functional analysis environment. A version of this socket is available for use with ball-removed or leadless device packages.

Intel CFAS and module board IFMP tool is fully supported.

 

 

 

Contactor sets that can be configured quickly by the end user to support multiple package sizes and pin configurations. These are surface mount, high cycle life solutions for ATE device handler applications.
