Signal Transfer Technology designs and builds hardware for semiconductor package test and wafer sort applications.

We specialize in developing new test signal transmission hardware and mechanical interlock mechanisms that let production part handlers connect with test equipment.

Since 1989 we've been creating solutions for highly specialized applications as well as high density, multi-site production set-ups. With our own machining center and fast-turn prototyping capability we can tailor a solution to meet our customers' individual requirements.
